Where does SW ship?

We ship everywhere around the world.

 

How much does shipping cost?

For orders above GBP 50, we cover the shipping to anywhere in the world -- it's free for you. For smaller orders, there is a flat packing and shipping fee of GBP 5. 

 

What about packaging?

 

We employ experienced packers for all our high-value items which are delivered in cartons with foam lining and each sculpture is wrapped securely in bubble wrap. 

 

What if the goods arrived damaged?

 

If for any reason the goods arrive damaged, just send us a photo and we will refund your money immediately and sort out return instructions. 

 

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

We cover duties and taxes for shipments to all countries. You will not have to pay additional fees beyond the price you see on our website.

 

How long will delivery take?

 

We endeavour to deliver your order between 3-5 working days if you are in the UK, often it's shorter. If you are in North America your order can take between 7-10 working days. For other destinations around the world, the maximum delivery time is 2 weeks. 
 

As soon as you place an order you will get an email confirming your order and tracking number.  All our orders are delivered by authorised courier.  

 

We ship the majority of our orders from our warehouse in India although we also ship from the UK as we carry some inventory there.
